TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR BILLIONAIRESPIN CASINO

GAMES AND PROMOTIONSAll games and promotions provided by Billionairespin Casino are operated and managed by us under a Curaçao Gaming License (License Number: OGL/2024/1126/0521).

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove any game or promotion at our discretion.
BETTING AND WINNING LIMITSYou acknowledge that you have full understanding and control over your betting decisions on the Platform:

WITHDRAWAL AND PAYMENT TERMSWe aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours (for e-wallets) or instantly for cryptocurrencies; however:
- We reserve the right to request additional information and verification of User Account holders' details before processing withdrawals.
- Withdrawal limits apply: €1,000 per day, €3,000 weekly, €10,000 monthly.
LANGUAGEAll communication with Billionairespin Casino may be conducted in any language supported by our Platform (as detailed on the site). Any terms or conditions that conflict between different languages will be governed and interpreted according to English text.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms are subject to, construed in accordance with, and enforceable under:

- The laws of other jurisdictions where applicable (in respect to matters outside of Curaçao's jurisdiction).
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Billionairespin Casino regarding your use of our services on the Platform.

- Add or remove provisions as necessary.You agree to review this page regularly for updates to ensure that you comply with current terms and conditions in force.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONSIn the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, your use of our Platform, or any matter arising from your interactions with us:
- You acknowledge the final decision lies with Billionairespin Casino's management.
- This Agreement shall be binding on you and those claiming through you.
